Eligibility
A candidate for Admission Of LL.M. Part- I must have passed the three years Bachelor Pegree in Law with at least 55% Of marks and for SC, ST and OBC the candidate must have obtained 50% marks. If a candidate has not secured the required marks and there is a deficiency Of 1/2 or 1 marh, it will not be condoned in admitting any such student.

Eligibility
A Candidate who after having taken in any One Of the following examination Of the Wniversity or of any other University recognised for the purpose by the syndicate viz. (i) the examination of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (P) or (ii) M.A. Examination in Sociology/Economiqs/Social- Works/psychology/public Administration with 48% Marks in the aggregate and with a paper qealting to labour Law as part of their Examination of (iii) M.Com. examination in qconomic Administration/Financial ManagementJBusiness Administration or MBA Examination with at-least 48% marks the aggregate and with a paper relating to labour Law as partof M.A., M.Com pr M.B.A. Course shall be eligible to appear in the examination for the Post Graduate Diploma Course in Labour Laws, Labour Welfare and Personnel Management Notes: (i)Acandidate holding the LL.B. (Academic) Degree shall not be eligible for the courqe. (ii) For Determining 48% Marks in the aggregate at the M.A./M.B.A. examination r?ferred to above, the total marks obtained at both the previous and Final examination or at all semesters examination as the Scheme of Exami

Eligibility
A candidate who has obtained the Bachelor of Law (p) Degree Examination of the University or the some Other University recognised by the syndicate of the University, as equivalent there td shall be permitted to appear and qualify for the post graduate Diploma in Criminology and Criminal administration subject to his having pursued for one academic year as a regular study for the said Diploma course at the college. Note : (i) A Candidate holding the LL.B. (Academic) Degree phall not be eligible for admission to the course. Rule 21 B- Rule 21 B - For the diploma Diploma in Criminology and Criminal candidate must obtain for a pass at least 40% marks in individual papers and 48% in lthe total aggregate of the successful candidates. Those securing 60% or more marks in the aggregate shall by placed in the first division and rest in the second division. Each paper shall be of three hourslduration and carry 100 marks. A Candidate may offer dissertation in lieu ofa paper. The dissertation shall be of 100 marks. The dissertation shall be submitted so as to reach the registrar not later than 30 days after the examination of Diploma is over.
