Read More Eligibility: A candidate who has obtained the Bachelor of Law (p) Degree Examination of the University or the some Other University recognised by the syndicate of the University, as equivalent there td shall be permitted to appear and qualify for the post graduate Diploma in Criminology and Criminal administration subject to his having pursued for one academic year as a regular study for the said Diploma course at the college. Note : (i) A Candidate holding the LL.B. (Academic) Degree phall not be eligible for admission to the course. Rule 21 B- Rule 21 B - For the diploma Diploma in Criminology and Criminal candidate must obtain for a pass at least 40% marks in individual papers and 48% in lthe total aggregate of the successful candidates. Those securing 60% or more marks in the aggregate shall by placed in the first division and rest in the second division. Each paper shall be of three hourslduration and carry 100 marks. A Candidate may offer dissertation in lieu ofa paper. The dissertation shall be of 100 marks. The dissertation shall be submitted so as to reach the registrar not later than 30 days after the examination of Diploma is over. Read Less
