A pass in +2 in the 10+2 pattern.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks and having at least participation in the inter College/Inter Zonal/ District/School Competition in sports and games as recognized by the AIU/IOA/ SGFI/Govt. of India. Or c) Bachelor’s degree in physical education with 45% of marks Or d) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 45% of marks and studied physical education as compulsory/elective subject Or e) Bachelor’s degree with 45% of marks and having participated in National/Inter University/State Competitions or secured 1st, 2nd or 3rd position Inter College/Inter-Zonal/District/School competition in sports and games as recognized by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India Or f) Bachelor’s degree with participation in international competitions or secured 1st, 2nd, or 3rd position in National/Inter-University competition in sports and games as recognized by respective federations/ AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India Or g) Graduation with 45% marks and at least three years of teaching experience (for deputed in-service candidates i.e., trained physical education teachers/coaches)

Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent with at least 50% of marks

Eligibility
A Candidate shall be admitted to the M. Phil degree in Physical Education if he / she produces satisfactory evidence that he / she has successfully completed Master’s Degree in Physical Education (M. P. Ed) or its equalant Degree approved by the syndicate of the Tamilnadu Physical Education and Sports University, Chennai.
