National Power Training Institute Common Entrance Test for Post Graduate Diploma Course (Winter Session) 2020 or NPTI PGDC CET (Winter Session) 2020 is the entrance examination for admission to PGD (Power Plant Engg.), PGD (Smart Grid Technologies), PGD (Power Systems Operation), PGD (Renewable Energy and Grid Interface Technologies) and PGD (Energy Market Management). NPTI PGDC CET (Winter Session) 2020 is conducted by National Power Training Institute, Faridabad.
NPTI PGDC CET (Winter Session) for the year 2020 has been announced by National Power Training Institute, Faridabad and will be held on 07/01/2020. The application forms will be available from 26/11/2019 till 29/12/2019. The exam is in written mode. The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes. It is being conducted in English language. Admit card will be available from 02/01/2020. Result is expected to be announced on 09/01/2020.

COMMON ENTRANCE TEST (CET-Winter Session) CET-2020 (Winter Session) will be held on 07/01/2020 (Tuesday) from 10.30 a.m to 12.00 p.m at seven centres i.e. (1) NPTI, Neyveli, TN, (2) NPTI Durgapur, WB, (3) NPTI, Guwahati, Assam, (4) NPTI, Nagpur, Maharashtra, (5) NPTI-PSTI, Bengaluru, (6) NPTI, Nangal, Punjab & (7) NPTI, Faridabad (Delhi-NCR).

No application will be accepted without on-line payment.
Duration of the test shall be 1.5 hours consisting two parts (each of 45 multiple choice questions). Part-I of the question paper (General Aptitude) shall be common to all the candidates, Part-II of the question paper (General Engineering) shall consist two groups i.e. G-I for the candidates of Electrical, EEE, ECE, C&I, CSE and Information & Communication Technology/IT disciplines and G-II for the candidates of Mechanical and Power Engineering disciplines.
