PESSAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor Of Design(B.Des.)50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board with English as a mandatory course OR At least 50% aggregate in 3 year diploma with English as a mandatory course. Test score in PESSAT or UCEED.Register and take PESSAT. Interview should be attended on the same day of test on campus (candidate to get their creative portfolio works for added benefit). Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 working days after test. If selected, can proceed with admissions. If the candidate has taken UCEED, then he/she must register for PESSAT (mandatory) but there is no need to take the test. Candidate can directly attend the interview carrying creative portfolio and PESSAT hall ticket.
Business Administration / Hospitality & Event Management (BBA / BBA - HEM)10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board. PESSAT should be taken (mandatory) and an interview should be attended on campus on the same day. Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 days from the day of test. If selected, can proceed with admissions.
BBA LL.B. (Hons.) / B.Com LL.B. (Hons.) / BA LL.B. (Hons.)

10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board. Shall have secured minimum marks of 45% (44.5% and above shall be treated as 45%) of total marks in qualifying examination, in case of general category applicants and 40% (39.5% and above shall be treated as 40%) of total marks in case of SC and ST applicants. CLAT or PESSAT or LSAT-India score is mandatory.

Register and take PESSAT. Interview should be attended on the same day of test on campus. Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 working days after test. If selected, can proceed with admissions. If the candidate has valid CLAT / LSAT-India score, then he / she must register for PESSAT (mandatory) but there is no need to take the test. Candidate can directly attend the interview carrying the PESSAT hall ticket.
BCA10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board. PESSAT should be taken (mandatory) at PES University Ring Road campus. Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 days from the day of test. If selected, can proceed with admissions.
B.Pharm.10+2 (PCM / B) from a recognized board.PESSAT should be taken (mandatory) at PES University Hanumanth Nagar Campus. Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 days from the day of test. If selected, can proceed with admissions.
Pharm.D. (Diploma in Pharmacy)10+2 (PCM / B) from a recognized board. PESSAT should be taken (mandatory) at PES University Hanumanth Nagar Campus. Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 days from the day of test. If selected, can proceed with admissions. 
B.Com.10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board. PESSAT should be taken (mandatory) at PES University Hanumanth Nagar Campus. Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 days from the day of test. If selected, can proceed with admissions.
MCAA candidate with under graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University with not less than 50% aggregate of all the years having studied Mathematics or Statistics or Computer Science or Computer programming or Business Mathematics or Business Statistics as one of the electives at Degree Level. Score in PESSAT or PGCET required.PESSAT should be taken. Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 days from the day of test. If selected, can proceed with admissions. If appearing through PGCET, candidate should get the admission order from PGCET cell after counselling for the admission to be complete.
MBAAt least 60% in Bachelor’s degree from any recognized University. Test Scores in PESSAT, PGCET, MAT, CMAT, CAT, GMAT, GRE accepted.Candidates can vie for admission through either PESSAT/ MAT (if above 500 composite score)/ CAT (if above 50th percentile)/ CMAT (if above 50th percentile)/ GMAT/ GRE scores. Candidates in any of the above cases should attend GDPI at PES University Ring Road Campus and only if they clear GDPI along with valid entrance test score can they proceed with admissions. Candidates who have registered for PESSAT or selected PES University in option entry during MAT registration will automatically get a call from PES for GDPI sessions. Others should approach the University for GDPI dates. Candidates appearing through PGCET should get the admission order from PGCET cell after attending counseling.
M.Com.10+2+3 from a recognized board. PESSAT should be taken (mandatory) at PES University Hanumanth Nagar campus. Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 days from the day of test. If selected, can proceed with admissions.
M.Pharm.10+2+B.Pharm. from a recognized board. PESSAT should be taken (mandatory) at PES University Hanumanth Nagar Campus. Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 days from the day of test. If selected, can proceed with admissions.
Pharm.D. Post Baccalaureate10+2+B.Pharm. from a recognized board. PESSAT should be taken (mandatory) at PES University Hanumanth Nagar Campus. Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 days from the day of test. If selected, can proceed with admissions.
LL.M. Applicants to the LLM programme at the Faculty of Law, PES University must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law from any college in India or abroad that is duly recognized under the law and by the regulatory authorities. Students graduating in the year of commencement of LLM program can also apply, however they should submit their final certificate / mark sheet at the time of admission.

Admission will be based on the performance of one of the following entrance examinations (70% weightage)

  • LSAT-India entrance test
  • CLAT-PG Entrance Test for LLM admission

Statement of purpose and Curriculum Vitae (30% weightage)

    Detailed Instructions for Registration

    • You should be very careful in filling-up the on-line application form. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, your candidature will be rejected at any time of admission process or even at a later stage.
    • In case a candidate fills two or more on-line application forms, the last filled and completed application form will be considered for further processing.
    • The processing of application form is based on the information filled by the candidate.
    • Any error committed intentionally or otherwise may result in cancellation of your candidature.

    • Enter the caste
    • Enter the Mother tongue
    • Select the Citizenship:Indian/ Other(Enter the other details in text field)
    • Select the family size from the dropdown list
    • Enter the place of birth
    • Select Handicapped details: Yes/No
    • If it is yes please select: Visual/Physical
    • Present communication address
    • Write the full present address along with city, pin code, district where the communication to you could be made. Select your State from the list given
    • Permanent address.
    • Write the full permanent address along with city, pin code.
    • Write STD code and your residence phone number, if available, otherwise leave blank.
    • Write your cell number (without zero ‘0’) compulsorily i.e. only 10 digit number.
    • Enter the details of the parents:

    • Click on Continue to upload your photograph button
    • Choose your photo from particular path

    Step 3

    Upload the photo / Upload your photo later by giving your registration number, Date of birth and the gender details or else click on the confirm button. You will get “Payment details page”.

    Step 4

    Choose the payment details:

    • Online payment(Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking) 
    • By Demand Draft

    Step 5

    Already registered candidates can take print form of the application by giving their Date of birth and Registration number and gender details.

    Already registered candidates can continue their registration from the point where they have stopped the last step.
