Eligibility: Candidates who have a degree from a recognized university in India or abroad and at least 7 years of experience and 5 years of managerial experience are eligible to apply. Considering that there is a significant time commitment to the program, a commitment letter from the organization that the candidate works for, is a requirement for admission, even if the candidate is financing the program fees. Further, two recommendations for admission are also required to be submitted in the prescribed format. The panel evaluates quality of experience, leadership ability, communication skills and motivation of the candidate and then recommends the candidate for admission.
