Interested candidates can apply Both (Online and Offline), by filling up the required form and submitting online or offline as required.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (minimum of 3-year full time study) from a recognized university • A minimum of 3 years of post-degree full time work experience in managerial positions • No Objection certificate from the present employer must be produced at the time ofthe personal interview	Selection Process Eligible candidate will be shortlisted and called for Personal Interview at Xavier University Bhubaneswar. • Final selection will be based on consideration of the candidate's academic and professional background, the SOP and the personal interview. • In cases of Corporate Tie Ups, recommended candidates of corporate houses will go through an interview process for selection into the course.
