Eligibility Criteria

| Eligibility: a. Master’s degree in Human Resource Management/ Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour and Social Welfare/ Business Management/ Psychology/ Law or related disciplines. OR b. Master or equivalent degree AND UGC NET qualified in Subjects like- Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management. | Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their academic records and SOPs. The shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for Xavier Research Aptitude Test (X-RAT), Subject Test, Presentation, and Personal Interview to be held in Bhubaneswar. Details on X-RAT is available separately on our website. The coursework for the selected candidates will commence from July 2019. |
