Types of Entrance Exams for MBA
These entrance exams are divided into 3 categories, and these are:
1.)National Level MBA Exams- This category includes some of the top exams which are considered by most of the colleges. These are CAT, CMAT, AATMA, GMAT, SNAP, XAT.
2.)Institute Level MBA Test- Some specific institutes conduct their exams. They do not consider other entrance exams. Some of these exams are IIFT, TISSNET, MICAT, etc.
3.)State Level MBA Exams- These are conducted by separate states to choose students.

The eligibility criteria for the MBA Entrance Exams are:
- Students need to complete a 3 years bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university
- Final year candidates can also apply.
- Students need to score a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying degree examinations.

Selection Process
- The students are selected after the counseling round and the examination result.
- Then, the students are shortlisted for the counseling round and other rounds.
- After clearing the examinations, students need to pass the personal interview and group discussions as well.
Candidates need to register themselves at the official website of the examinations.
- They need to fill the college they prefer and course as well.
- Students will be informed about the next rounds. They must report to the allotted college after the allotment of the letter for document verification and final admission.
Hence, students need to be updated with the examination date sheet and keep track of the college admission dates. They get almost 10 to 15 days to fill-up the form and submit it. They should start the preparation of these examinations at least 10 to 12 months before the exam date. There are a lot of students who compete to get admission to the top colleges present in Delhi.
