Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) carries out counselling for admission to 15 percent of All India Quota seats, all deemed/central colleges MBBS seats, ESIC and AFMC institutes, AIIMS institutes as well as JIPMER establishments.
The counselling for NEET is executed in 4 stages consisting of the mop-up round as well as Final Stray Vacancy Round. The whole counselling procedure is on-line and just once the seat is assigned, the student will go the assigned university or college for admission. The unoccupied seats after 2nd counselling are allocated back to the state quota.
Admission to Private Deemed MBBS Universities
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) does admissions for MBBS training courses in Deemed Universities across India via Medical Counselling Committee (MCC)
