NPAT 2023 will be the entrance examination for getting admission in Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. This entrance examination allows students to take admission in a variety of courses such as B.Tech., BBA, MBA.Tech., Integrated B.Tech., among other fields in this prestigious institute. However, it is not an entrance exam you would require coaching for. This exam will test your creative thinking, problem solving ability, logical reasoning, English, and basic mathematics. At the same time, this system makes it extremely competitive since each stream has about 120 to 240 seats in all the campuses. Application Process

Candidates need to apply for the exam online from the official NPAT website. Here, you will need to upload a passport sized photograph, fill in your personal and academic details, and pay the fee. The form will be available from the second week of January to the first week of May. You will be able to edit your details after the form has been submitted during the second week of April until the third week. The fee of the application would depend on the college you apply to this ranges from Rs. 2000 to Rs. 4000.

Eligibility

The eligibility of candidates is nearly the same for all courses. Candidates must have taken subjects related to their choice of stream in class 11 and 12th. For nearly all courses, the minimum percentage is 50%, except for BBA (International Business) in which the requirement is 60%.

Exam Pattern

The exam is carried out in shifts, depending on how many courses you selected in the application form it can range from 1 to 2. This exam lasts for 120 minutes and involves 3 sections – English, Logical Reasoning, and Mathematics. The Mathematics involved is Class 9 and 10 level Maths, and hence should be easy for most applicants. The paper does not involve any negative marking.

Due to the high competition, your goal should be to get every answer right, and due to the absence of negative marking, you will can smartly guess the right answers.
