IIT JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) is one of the most premier exams in our country for admissions into bachelors of engineering into the IITS and some other top engineering institutes in our country. It is a two stage examination constituting JEE MAIN followed by JEE ADVANCE. Over 15 lakh students sit for the exam every year and hence starting with the right preparation is the ultimate key to crack it.
Right preparation starts with the right strategy, intention and correct material in hand. Either you take up coaching or you are self preparing, having the right books in hand and studying from them clears your concepts, helps you question and practice. It is the ultimate way to move ahead in the journey.
How to choose the right material for the preparation?
If you have made up your mind to pursue a bachelor in engineering, then your next step should be to choose the right material for yourself. A perfect study material not only smoothens your journey but also plays an important role in your final scores.
There is a lot of content available in the market but one should not buy all the books. Investing in one or two books on each subject which you will be able to cover is sufficient for your preparation.
If you start your preparation from a book ensure that you follow it completely. Another book, if you have purchased, should be used for reference to a particular topic which you are not able to understand.
NCERTS should not be neglected. They are basic material you should complete.
While choosing the book you need to ensure that the book covers all the topics.
