Class 12th is a crucial time for everyone because after 12th every student has to think about the future and for further studies, there are so many entrance examinations. Every line has its own entrance examination. As the exams are around the corner, the application processes are either going or completed for many exams and for many it is soon to begin.
Here are the five important entrance examinations for class 12th passed students.
JEE Main: the only bi-annual entrance exam at 10+2 level. This engineering entrance examination is usually held in January and April. The candidate can opt for as many exams as they want, there is no restriction in it. If the candidate wants to take both the exam in the same year, the best score is considered for admission.
NEET: the only medical entrance exam in the country, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) held in May. The admission to any undergraduate medical course is held through the NEET score, including AIIMS, JIPMER, MBBS, etc.
NCHM JEE: which stands for the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination which is held for admission to B.Sc. Course in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (B.Sc. HHA) at 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, twenty-five State Government Institutes of Hotel Management, 01 Public Sector Undertaking and twenty-four Private Institutes of Hotel Management.
ICAR Entrance Exam: ICAR conducts all India entrance examination for the admission to bachelor degree programs. The ICAR stands for Indian Council for Agriculture Research (ICAR) which is an apex body for research and education in agriculture. It has 75 Agricultural Universities including so many branches related to agriculture all over India.
Chartered Accountancy: the students can opt for the CA Foundation course which is offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
NDA, Naval Academy Exam: one of the important exams for admission to the Army, Navy, and Air Force and for the Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). This exam is conducted by UPSC.
Further, so many other exams are there which a student can opt for after 12th like several universities conduct entrance exams for admissions to the UG course. Some of the famous exams are the JNU entrance exam, the DU entrance exam, CLAT, ETC. The exam dates for these exams are announced separately.
