JEE Main 2021: Important things you have to recognize prior to Registration

The registration process of JEE Main  2021 is going to start soon. NTA will be releasing the application form for JEE main January session in the month of November. For filling the application form candidates need to visit the official website of NTA JEE Main.

Prior to the candidate appearance for appearing JEE Main test, he/she must understand the JEE Main examination pattern & Syllabus. Also, we will be discussing about the decrease in the curriculum for JEE Main 2021.

JEE Main exam is held by NTA twice every year. The application for January session is released in the month of November. Whereas April session application forms will certainly be out in the month of February.

 

JEE Main Registration Process

The registration for JEE Main is done through online mode. The students who are interested, require to go to the official website of NTA JEE. For enrollment candidates require to load their details like Name, DOB, Parents name, Aadhar card no., mobile no., address and also various other relevant asked information.

Once the above information are loaded correctly, after that candidates need to validate and also send the information which will result in generation of application no. Currently candidates need to login once again to complete the application form by filling up various other details as well as publishing checked images & signature. The last step of application is to pay the fees; when charges is paid, candidate can download their totally filled application.

Exam Pattern

Candidate should check the JEE Main exam pattern for the test. The details of the exam pattern are given listed below:

For JEE Main Paper I (B.E./ B.Tech) 25 Questions each will certainly be asked from Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. Each question will carry 4 marks. For every incorrect answer 1 mark will certainly be subtracted. No marks will be deducted for un-attempted questions.

JEE Main 2021 Syllabus

The syllabus of JEE Main is of 11th & 12th Level. Candidates can read from CBSE NCERT books. The detailed syllabus subject wise is mentioned below:

 

Chemistry:

Physical Chemistry: Some basic concepts in chemistry, Equilibrium, Atomic structure, Chemical thermodynamics, Chemical kinetics, Chemical bonding and molecular structure, States of matter, etc.

Organic Chemistry: Purification and characterization of organic compounds, Chemistry in everyday life, Organic compounds containing halogens, Organic compounds containing nitrogen, Some basic principles of organic chemistry, etc.

Inorganic Chemistry: Classification of elements and periodicity in properties, Hydrogen, D  and F block elements, Environmental chemistry, Block elements (alkali and alkaline earth metals), Block elements group 13 to group 18 elements, etc.

 

Physics:

Electrostatics, Kinetic theory of gases, Kinematics, Gravitation, Properties of solids and liquids, Physics and measurement, Laws of motion, Rotational motion, Thermodynamics, Electronic devices, Oscillations and waves, Electromagnetic induction and alternating currents, Current electricity, Optics, Work, energy and power, etc.

 

Mathematics:

Sequences and series, Binomial theorem and its simple applications, Statistics and probability, Trigonometry, Vector algebra, Permutations and combinations Sets, Relations and functions, Integral calculus, Matrices and determinants, Complex numbers and quadratic equations, Mathematical induction, Mathematical reasoning, etc.


How to Prepare

·         Students should go through the JEE Main syllabus and also test pattern and make an appropriate research regular accordingly.

·         Focus on every topic.

·         Use NCERT publications to clear your principles.

·         Check previous year concerns papers.

·         Solve mock test and join all India level examination series.

·         Revise your syllabus on a regular basis.

·         Take great rest and do meditation & yoga exercise.

·         Take healthy balanced diet regimen and stay clear of unhealthy food.

 

The Admit card of JEE Main January session will certainly be released in December. Students can download there admit card by login to the candidate site of JEE Main. The JEE Main test will be held in the 1st week of January 2021.

As per the main tweet from the HRD minister NTA might carry out JEE Main in more regional languages in addition to English, Hindi & Gujarati.
