Eligibility
Admission shall be made strictly on the basis of merit upon the marks obtained in 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination following the reservation policy of Assam Government i.e, for SC 7%, 10% for ST Plains, 5% for ST Hills and 15% for other backward classes. Prohibition to register for two course of study No students will be allowed to simultaneously register for a Law Degree Programme with any other undergraduate course or post graduate or certificate courses.

Eligibility
AGE OF ADMISSION The maximum age for seeking admission into a stream of Five Year Bachelor Degree Course in Law is limited to 20 years for general and 22 years for the applicant belonging to ST/SC/ or any other backward community on the day of 1st July of the concerned year. Upperage may be relaxed with the permission from Vice Chancellor of the University in extreamly hard cases on the recommendation of Principal and Dean Faculty of Law.
