AP EAMCET (Agriculture) 2019 Exam - Dates, Registration, Eligibility, Syllabus, Exam Pattern

Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (Agriculture) 2019 or AP EAMCET (Agriculture) 2019 is the entrance examination for admission to B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.F.Sc., B.V.Sc. (Animal Husbandry), B.Tech. (Food Science and Technology) and other courses. AP EAMCET (Agriculture) 2019 is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.

AP EAMCET (Agriculture) for the year 2019 has been announced by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada and will be held from 23/04/2019 to 24/04/2019. The application forms will be available from 26/02/2019 till 04/04/2019. The exam is in online mode. The duration of the exam will be 180 minutes. It is being conducted in English and Telugu languages. Admit card will be available from 16/04/2019. Result is expected to be announced on 04/06/2019.

AP EAMCET (Agriculture) 2019 Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
  • Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. The candidates should satisfy Local / Non - Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974.

For B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Sc. (Ag) / B.Sc. (Hort) / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FS&T) courses

Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) or  any examination recognized as equivalent there to by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, with any two / three of the subjects indicated against each course noted below :

    Application Form Filling Instructions

    • Application should be submitted through online mode only.
      The Candidates who wish to apply for APEAMCET-2019 are requested to fill the particulars carefully in the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM. The required information should be collected from the relevant documents.
    • The Candidates are requested to check the filled in particulars before pressing SUBMIT button during online application process.
    • After submission of ONLINE APPLICATION FORM, if any corrections are to be incorporated, candidate has to see the corrections link in Homepage of
    • To fill the required details in ONLINE APPLICATION FORM, the following documents may be referred 
      • AP Online / TS Online Transaction Id. (if payment is being made through AP Online / TS Online)
      • Qualifying Examination appeared or passed, Hall ticket Number of Qualifying Examination
      • Stream Applied for (E), (AM), or both (E and AM)
      • Date of Birth, Birth District, Birth State
      • Hall Ticket Number of SSC or Equivalent examination Certificate
      • Local Status (OU / AU / SVU / Non - local)
      • Income of Parents (Income upto Rs.1.00 lakh (or) up to Rs.2.00 Lakhs (or) more than Rs. 2.0 lakhs

    Online Dates

    • 23/04/2019  to  24/04/2019

    Examination Day Instructions

    • It is advised to visit your allotted Examination Center well before so that you can take examination tension – free.
    • The candidate will not be allowed to take the examination even if late by 1 minute.
    • No Candidate will be allowed to carry any baggage inside the Examination Centre. The Convener, AP EAMCET - 19 will not be responsible for any belongings stolen or lost at the premises.
    • Smoking and eating is strictly prohibited in the examination room.
    • Tea, coffee, cool drinks or snacks are not allowed to be taken into the examination rooms during examination hours.

    Reporting at Exam Center

    • Candidate should report at exam center as per the time mentioned in Hall Ticket
    • Hall ticket & Original ID proof Verification will be done at the entrance, candidate will be frisked(searched) and allowed after complying with all the rules of the examination
    • Exam officials will take candidate’s biometrics Finger Print and Photograph
    • Invigilators will guide candidates to their respective computers


    • On the assigned computer, candidate’s details (Name, Photograph etc.) will be displayed
    • At the scheduled time (usually 10 minutes before the exam), Enter User Name as instructed in Hall Ticket
    • Password will be instructed 10 minutes before the exam start time
    • After entering Username and Password click on “Sign In” button

    Reading Instructions

    • Online exam related Instructions will display in both English and Telugu Language. Please Read  the instructions carefully to avoid confusion during the exam.
    • After reading the instructions, Please click on next to read exam specific instructions.
    • Read Exam specific instructions
    • Click on “I am ready to begin”
    • "Previous” button helps you to read the Instructions again

    Exam Taking Process

    • Candidate should select the Section (Subject) which he/she would like to start the exam with.
    • 1st question from the selected Section (Subject) gets displayed for answering or Click on the question number in the Question Palette at the right of your screen to go to that numbered question directly. 
    • Question and options for the selected question number will be displayed in “Question window”.
    • Select any one of the four options as answer for the question, by clicking on the circle button beside option.
    • To change the already chosen answer, click on the circle button of another option .
    • To save your answer, you MUST click on the Save & Next button and then go to the next question, otherwise it will not be saved.
    • To mark the question for review, click on the Mark for Review & Next button. If an answer is selected for a question that is Marked for Review, that answer will be considered in the evaluation.

    Material to be brought on the date of examination Hall Ticket along with Filled in Online Application Form with duly affixed recent colour photograph attested by Gazetted Officer (or) Principal of the College where candidate has studied the qualifying examination. However, Signature of the candidate and Left Hand Thumb impression in the presence of Invigilator to be captured in the respective places provided in the Filled in Online Application form.
