AIIMS Paramedical entrance exam is conducted across all over India. The exam is held for the students who wish to take admission to undergraduate BSc paramedical courses offered by the institutes. AIIMS paramedical exam is conducted once every year in an online mode. AIIMS paramedical exam 2021 will be conducted in the third week of June. The registration for AIIMS paramedical exam 2021 is expected to begin the second week of January.  Candidates who wish to appear for the paramedical course in AIIMS will need to register themselves on the official website of the institute using valid email ID and mobile number. Without the RUC candidates will not be allowed to submit the AIIMS paramedical 2021 registration forms.

 AIIMS paramedical 2021 eligibility criteria    

Aspirants who want to appear for the paramedical courses in AIIMS are advised to go through the eligibility criteria for the desired course before filling the application form. If any of the candidates found ineligible for the exam, their application form will be cancelled. The registration fees paid by such candidates shall be forfeited. Candidates must read the eligibility requirement before filling the AIIMS paramedical form.

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• They must have the age of 17 as on December 31,2021
• They must have passed class 12 from a recognized institute/board.

Candidates must apply for bachelor of optometry, BSc medical technology in radiotherapy or BSc (Hons) medical technology in radiography course must have passed class 12 with physics, chemistry, English, and biology/mathematics. For all other courses, biology is compulsory. For general/OBC/EWS category candidates 50% marks is required and for SC/ST category candidates 45% marks is required.

AIIMS paramedical 2021 admission process 

Admission to the paramedical course Offered by the AIIMS will be based on the marks obtained in the AIIMS entrance exam only. The institute will not accept the scores of any other examination for the admission to AIIMS paramedical courses. Candidates are advised to go through the admission process for these courses.

Registration process

The registration process is a three-step process, namely basic registration, code generation, and final registration. The candidate has to complete all the three steps for the successful registration. All the candidates have to pay a non-refundable application fee at the time of registration. General/OBC students have to pay ₹1500 and SC/ST/EWS students have to pay ₹1200.

AIIMS paramedical 2021 exam day guidelines

• Aspirants have to report to the center by 8:45 am.
• No aspirants shall be allowed to enter the exam center after 9:45 am.
• Aspirants will not be allowed to leave the exam hall before 11:30 am
• Aspirants must carry the admit card, a valid photo ID proof, and one passport size photograph on the exam day
• Aspirants will not be allowed to carry any textual material such as books, or notes to the exam center.
• Wristwatch, ornaments, bags, belts, etc. Are not allowed inside the exam center.

AIIMS 2021 exam pattern

The paper of AIIMS paramedical 2021 will be divided into four sections physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics. Aspirants to mandatorily attempt the physics and chemistry section. There will be choices between biology and mathematics subjects. The aspirant and choose any one of the subjects.

• Mode of exam: the exam will be conducted through online (CBT) mode.
• Marking scheme: 1 mark is going to be awarded for every correct answer.

• Negative marking: 1/3rd marks are going to be deducted for every incorrect response.
• Language: question paper will be available in English or Hindi language.
• Shift: the exam is going to be conducted in two shifts.
• Duration: the exam will be of 90 minutes.

Biology, physics, chemistry each subject will have 30 questions. So a total of 90 questions will be there in the exam.

AIIMS 2021 syllabus

The syllabus of the competitive exam will be from the 12th class under the 10+2 intermediate science. No separate syllabus is prescribed for the examination. Candidates can prepare from physics, chemistry, and biology subjects.

Admit card

Aspirants who have successfully submitted the application form will be able to check they're admit card status through online mode. It will be available on the official website. The AIIMS 2021 admit card will be released in the second week of May 2021.

Answer key

AIIMS paramedical answer key will be released in the month of June 2021. It will be released in the form of pdf through online mode. The answer key is going to be released by various coaching institutions after a few days of the examination. With the help of the answer key, the candidates can cross-check their answers and calculate their marks.

AIIMS paramedical 2021 result

AIIMS results will be announced in the last week of June 2021. The result is going to be declared on the official website. The candidate can log in through their ID and password. The result for each shift will be made in the form of raw scores percentage and percentiles separately for each subject.

AIIMS paramedical application from 2021: registration process

Step 1: generation of registration ID

• Go to the official website aiimsexams.org
• Click on ‘academic course’
• Select any BSc course under the paramedical category
• Click on proceed
• In the new basic registration, zone select 'click here for new basic registration’
• Basic registration form opens on the screen
• Fill in the details in the relevant boxes.
• Check the small print carefully as these can't be changed past this stage.
• Click on 'generate registration ID and password’

Step 2: Upload image

• The application is redirected to PAAR basic registration page.
• Login using the applicant login zone.
• A pre-filled form appears on the screen.
• Edit the details by selecting ‘edit’ and make the checkboxes before clicking ‘I Agree’.
• Read the declaration carefully and click on submit
• Complete basic registration form will now open on the screen
• The candidate must save this page for future reference.

Step 3: generating the code for the final registration

• Login using the applicant login zone.
• Click 'generate unique code’
• Choose the desired course from the drop-down list.
• Verify the details mentioned on the screen
• Click Generate
• Note the system generates code or registration unique code (RUC)

Step 4: final registration

• Go to the official website of AIIMS.
• Login using the registration ID, RUC, and password.
• A pre-filled application form appearing on the screen.
• Click ‘proceed to step 4’
• Choose the medium of the examination
• Enter the details of 10+2.
• Choose the mode of payment
• Pay the AIIMS application fees
• Save and pay the payment receipt.
• Choose the preference exam center from the drop-down list.
