All Details about Telangana ANM Nursing Admission Process

ANM is the short form of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery course. ANM nursing is a diploma level course, popular among many students. In Telangana, Directorate of Medical Education Government of Andhra Pradesh is overseeing the admission process for this course.

Telangana ANM Admission Highlights

 

There is no exam for the admission process.

A student has to download the form from the official site, once the admission process is notified.

The form can be filled after paying the application fees.

The form has to be filled up completely.

The complete form needs to be printed.

The attested photocopy of the documents are required to be attached to the form.

The receipt for fees paid also needs to be attached to the form.

Applicants need to submit the duly filled application form along with necessary documents to the Superintendents of the hospital concerned before due date.

Telangana ANM Admission Eligibility Criteria


Must have passed the intermediate exam or HSC exam from a recognized board or university of Telangana.

Scored more than 40% marks in the HSC exam 

For reserved category minimum passing marks required are 35% marks in the HSC exams.

Students from science and humanities can all apply.

Must be above the age of 16 years at the time of admission.

Must be below the age of 35 years at the time of admission 

Must be less than 38 years in case of reserved category applicants


Telangana ANM Counselling Procedure

Result announced is in the form of a merit list, updated on the official site. Selection is based on the merit list. Details of counselling are announced on the official site each year.
