It is one that you can start following one month before your exams for the best results. Possible benefits of this timetable include regular exercise, healthy meals, good rest, and even some time to chill with your friends. Before you get to the time table, here are a few points to remember:
What Needs to Be Covered
You need to know that only about 40% of the syllabus will carry 80% of the marks. You can get to know about these important topics from what your teacher may have told you, from previous tests and question papers, or even from reading the chapter and seeing the questions at the back. You should know the keywords for each topic as these carry the most marks in each question.
When You Need to Cover It
You will need to prepare a complete To-Do list for the year to ensure that you don’t forget anything from it. You will also need to put the important topics at the top of the priority order. Finally, you can break this down into small milestones of 60 days. Using a planner app or similar software can be quite beneficial here.
Where You Should Study
It is important to have a dedicated study space for studying. This should be equipped with all your required tools and resources. If you need your computer while studying, make sure to not use it for anything else in this spot. The Time Table

6 A.M.) This is the time for starting your first study session. You can start with the most difficult topic at hand and go down from there on. 8 A.M.) You can now close your books and clean up your table. This is the time to take a bigger break during which you can hydrate yourself with 2 more glasses of water. You must consume a breakfast high in protein during these crucial days so start with that now.
9 A.M.) After your break is over, you can start solving a mock test on the topics you studied in the morning. This will allow you to avoid any fatigue and will also allow you to enforce the lessons from the morning into your long-term memory. You should finish this in the time given for the exam only. Once it is finished, you can take a break and eat another fruit, and chill.
1 P.M.) You can check your test now and see what you did wrong. Write all your mistakes in a separate notebook and ensure that you also write the correct solutions next to them. Once this is done, you can go and check your phone and eat lunch.
2 P.M.) It's time for a nap, so rest up for about 45 minutes and get your energy back for the evening study sessions.

11 P.M.) Go to sleep and have a restful night.
