The notification of the NDA and NA exams is going to be released on the 16th of June (Today). The UPSC will release the notification containing all the exam details on its official website – upsc.gov.in. The exams are held for admission into the Army, Airforce, and Navy in the National Defense Academy and the Naval Academy. This exam is usually held twice a year, however this year UPSC will be conducting it only once.
The announced that a common exam for both NDA & NA Exam (I) and NDA & NA Exam (II) will be held on the 6th of September, 2020. Originally the notification regarding this was scheduled for the 10th of June, however it has been postponed to the 16th now.
While this does mean that the registration schedule is getting changes, UPSC has not commented on any changes on the exam date. The original deadline of the registration was June 30th, while the new one will be declared in today’s notification.
The NDA & NA Exam (I) was originally scheduled for the 19th of April, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
