Recently, the National Testing Agency released the admit card for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG which is to be conducted on 13 September 2020 in India. Over 15 lakh candidates have registered for this examination on the online portal and they are asked to download the NEET 2020 admit card from the official website of NTA and NEET portal. The admit card for NEET is released by the Ministry of Human Resource Development that is responsible for conducting NEET amidst the coronavirus pandemic.
To download the admit card, students are required to fill a form which will ask them to fill in their application number, password, date of birth, security captcha. After clicking on the submit button and server verifying all the details, they will be redirected to download the admit card.
To download the admit card, candidates must visit the official website of NTA and NEET, they can find the link for downloading the admit card on the homepage. After filling the required details and clicking on the submit button they will be redirected to download the admit card on the webpage.
The NTA also announced a detailed protocol that must be followed at the exam centers during the coronavirus pandemic. The examination centers have increased from 2546 to 3843 and only 12 students are permitted to sit in a single room.
To reduce the crows at exam centers and follow social distancing, the authorities have provided the option of choosing varied time slots to students and has opened several exam centers across the country. Even separated isolation exam rooms are organized for candidates who might show symptoms of fever or coronavirus to safeguard the health of others. The candidates will be checked using thermo guns and metal detectors, and a signature will be taken for attendance in the test centers.
