The TSCHE (Telangana State Council of Higher Education) has released the notification for the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test. Those who are looking forward to the admissions at the undergraduate levels in the given fields can apply through the official website, which is eamcet.tsche.ac.in. The last date of the application will be closed on March 20, 2020.
The date of the exam for the engineering course will be held from May 4 to 7. Examination dates for agriculture and medical courses will be May 9 and 11. There will be two sessions for the TS EAMCET daily. . First or the forenoon session will be from 10 am to 1 pm and the second session or afternoon session will be held from 3 pm to 6 pm.
The correction window will be opened from March 21 to April 3 to make changes, if required. The TSCHE exam will be conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH), Hyderabad this year.
MERIT LIST
A merit list has been created for those who have qualified for the exam. A 75 percent weightage has been given to the TS EAMCET merit list and 25 percent marks are to be obtained in the relevant group subjects namely mathematics or biology, physics, the chemistry of the qualifying examination.
APPLICATION FEE
The fees for the E or A and M exam will be Rs 800 for the applicants, and Rs 1600 for both the examinations. While the fees for reserved category is Rs 400 for one exam and Rs 800 for both the examinations. The last day for the submission of fees is March 30, but a candidate can pay until April 6 with late fees of Rs 500, Rs 1000 additional fees till April 13, and till April 20 with late fees of Rs 5000 and an additional late fee of Rs 10,000 till April 27.
