Wipe Away The Anxiety And Stress Of Your Young Warrior

Covid-19 has brought an immensely tough time to everybody’s lives of every age. The stress of struggling to live and sustain with your dear ones brought mental exhaustion to all the people. And this led to mental trauma, the change of behavior, emotional vulnerability, and worse anxiety and panic attacks.

The age factor does not work in times where survival is a hustle itself. And everyone from every age group felt the sense of fear, the fear of death every single minute. This definitely ruined the mental and emotional peace. And the more affected were teenagers and young adults.

The young adults who joined the office very recently felt regular fear of losing their jobs during the long period of lockdown. Some lost their jobs too and the families faced an unthinkable hard time. And these rough times gave more anxiety attacks to young adults.

Talking about teenagers, they also have faced several difficult issues. Not being able to attend classes physically, not being able to meet the teachers and the friends were very much stressful. This tremendous stress increases the chances of having a panic or anxiety attack. A study of the National Institute of Health revealed that out of every 3 children having the age of 13 to 18, 1 child will experience anxiety disorder due to this devastating time.

How to help people having an anxiety disorder?

To help the students, schools and the teachers need to play a vital role. Students should be provided a healthy environment of education that will help the students to get over the dark phases. To have better physical health, one must ensure that a student is having happy mental health.

To provide that happy state of mental health, schools should introduce some new curriculums like online exercise classes to engage the students and give them stress busters. Teachers should always talk with the students and remind them to accept the anxieties and to fight against them. The teachers must support the students as well battling in the emotional rollercoaster and anxiety.
