VADODARA: On Sunday, M. S. University made an announcement that the final exams of students belonging to nine faculties or colleges will be conducted. These students have taken the mock tests online on 13th and 14th August 2020. Now, it has been decided that the final exams will also be conducted online on 25th August 2020.
Students of Baroda Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya and Polytechnic College – aside from the seven other faculties such as Faculty of Education and Psychology, Faculty of Performing Arts, Faculty of Journalism and Communication, Faculty of Social Work, Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Family and Community Sciences and Faculty of Pharmacy – will also need to take the exams.
K. M. Chudasama, the Officiating registrar of MSU, said that there will be three shifts in which the final online exams will be scheduled and the information regarding the time-table will be put out on the university’s website from 19th August 2020. The login credentials which were received by the students for the online mock tests can be used to appear in the online final examination as well. He further added that the online mock tests for the rest of the students of lingering faculties or colleges are expected to be organized by the initial weeks of September, notifications regarding which will be provided within a reasonable duration of time.
The first attempt at the university to conduct the online mock tests for every student was a disaster. However, later they have decided to schedule the tests in separate phases with specifically allotted time slots for each.
