All the undergraduate and postgraduate exams in Rajasthan has been canceled by the government due to the increasing number of COVID-19. The students who were about to appear in universities, colleges, and technical educational institutions in the state will be promoted to the next session.
The Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot has taken the decision in the high-end meeting conducted on Saturday in the state. The HRD Ministry will be taking appropriate decisions regarding the marks of students who will be promoted without exams after studying the guidelines to be issued in the next few days.
“The state government has decided not to conduct examinations for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in all universities, colleges, and technical educational institutions in the state in view of the infection situation of the Corona epidemic. This decision was taken at a high-level meeting at the residence.”
The meeting had been attended by the Minister of State for Higher Education Bhanwar Singh Bhati along with Minister of State for Technical Education Subhash Garg, Chief Secretary Rajiv Swaroop, Additional Chief Secretary Finance Niranjan Arya, Higher Education Secretary Shuchi Sharma, Information and Public Relations Commissioner Mahendra Soni.
