Indian Institute of Technology Bombay has launched the official portal for JAM 2026. Through this, students from all over the country will be able to apply for admission from 5 September 2025.

- JAM Exam Day : 15 February 2026
- Result Date : 20 March 2026
Admission is given in these courses
Through this exam, admission is provided in MSc, MSc (Tech), MSc (Research), MSc-MTech (Dual Degree) Joint MSc-PhD,
MSc-PhD Dual Degree in the IITs of the country. TThe exam will be conducted in about 100 cities across the country. The medium of examination will be
Computer Based Test (CBT).
Eligibility Criteria
To participate in this entrance exam, candidates must complete their graduation degree before the admission date and
provide proof of eligibility required by the admission institute. There is no age limit to participate in it.

JAM 2025 will provide direct admission to about 3,000 seats in various postgraduate programs in IITs scheduled for 89
postgraduate programs for the academic year 2025-26. These IITs are as follows

- IIT (BHU) Varanasi
Apart from these IITs, admission will be provided to institutes including IISc and various CFTIs like NIT, DIAT, IIEST, IISER Pune, IISER Bhopal, IIPE, JNCASR and SLIET through the score of this entrance exam.
